DIRECTIONS FOR 6 MUFFINS (ONE BATCH):
* PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°F
* BEAT TOGETHER 1 EGG, 1/4 CUP MILK AND 2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL.
* ADD 1 CUP OF THIS BLUEBERRY MUFFIN MIX AND COMBINE GENTLY
* SWEETEN 2/3 CUP OF BLUEBERRIES (OR YOUR FAVORITE FRUIT) TO TASTE WITH UP TO 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR. STRAIN EXCESS LIQUID FROM FRUIT
* FOLD FRUIT INTO BATTER
* FILL 6 GREASED MUFFIN WELLS
* BAKE FOR 14-18 MINUTES.
